KAWAKAN is a family business founded in 2007 after the shareholding separation of EMESA CORPORACIÓN. Since then we have bet on investments in logistics assets, but also in residential and commercial real state, as well as equity investments.

We are not a simple family office that aims to maximize the profitability of the assets, we also pursue to do it in a responsaible way and creating a positive impact in our society.
